Job Description

Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC’s business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This 2-year rotational program is specifically designed for recent and / or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S. and starts July 2026.

Full Relocation is authorized for this position.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74900 to $74900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
