Responsibilities

Proctoring Duties :

  • Monitor student behavior during computer-based exams and report any concerns or irregularities to Didactic Program Coordinator.
  • Assist in maintaining exam security procedures in the event of an unexpected disruption (e.g., fire alarm).
  • Fulfill assigned duties with a willingness to be respectfully assertive to ensure a safe and secure test environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Proctors are needed for the following exam dates. The School of Physician Assistant Practice is recruiting proctors who can commit to the following days / times.

Testing Dates for Fall 2025

Most exam dates fall on Tuesday / Thursday. Those indicated with an (

  • occur on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
  • Morning Testing Times :

    The following testing dates occur in the morning. Starting time will not be earlier than 7 : 45 a.m. and ending time will not be later than 12 : 15 p.m.

  • September 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, 26th
  • 30th
  • October 2nd, 7th, 9th, 16th, 17th
  • 21st, 23rd, 24th
  • 28th
  • November 4th, 6th, 13th, 20th, 25th

  • 9th, 10th
  • 11th
  • Afternoon Testing Times :

    The following testing dates occur in the afternoon. Starting time will not be earlier than 12 : 30 p.m. and ending time will not be later than 4 : 00 pm.

  • September 26th
  • October 24th
  • December 3rd
  • Cumulative Testing / Special Exams :

    The following two exams will occur no earlier than 7 : 45 a.m. and end no later than 5 : 00 p.m. The length of these exams may be shorter but, due to the potential length, they will be broken down into shifts, if needed.

  • October 14th

  • Training will be provided; training dates / times will be determined upon hire.
  • Availability for more than one semester is preferred, but not required.
  • Spring 2026 Testing Dates will be published in early Fall 2025.
