BOYS COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS TEAM COACH

CLOSING DATE : Open Until Filled

PAY RATE : $13.42 - $16.10 / Hour (Depending on Qualifications)

SCHEDULE : Part Time : 3 : 00 pm - 6 : 45 pm during the weekdays and varied schedule on Saturday (8 to 10 hours per week).

DEPARTMENT : Recreation

JOB SUMMARY

Use gymnastics experience to coach boy's competitive team levels 2-5 in the National Gymnastics Association. Gymnastics coaching experience is required, experience as a competitive gymnast is preferred.

Legacy Gymnastics is looking for a dependable and teachable individual to continue to build our Boys team program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Team coaching experience with a strong knowledge of the sport.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Friendly personality and demeanor.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students.
  • Ability to work well with all types of youth.
  • Physically strong to safely spot adolescent youth in gymnastics
  • Able to help move heavy equipment.
  • Perform warm up routines.
  • Create and implement lesson plans.
  • Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety procedures.
  • Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior.

    • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about teaching gymnastics at all levels.
