Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information. Follow up on leads generated from campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments. Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. Previous telemarketing or call center experience preferred. Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Professional and courteous telephone manner.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team.
