Corporate Affairs Manager

The Corporate Affairs Manager is responsible for the sourcing, planning, and implementation of community engagement and sports partnerships programs to support Novant Health's reputation for remarkable patient experience in new regions where Novant Health's footprint is growing. The Manager will be an experienced, consumer marketer with a strong sponsorship marketing, brand building, and event activation background. The manager will develop and grow Novant Health's portfolio of local partnerships in identified regions and identify opportunities for charitable contributions, in-kind services, and donations, sports and event sponsorships. The manager works closely with cross-functional teams, and will establish and implement best practices across campaigns and sponsorship programs to support trusted and effective partnerships; measurable outcomes; establishment of new health services and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker who easily embraces change and adapts to new challenges. This position requires weekly travel to locations across Novant Health's growth regions in the Carolinas to foster relationships and oversee community initiatives, with an initial focus in the Asheville to Greenville, Western Carolinas corridor. The candidate must be comfortable in developing strategy in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring that all actions align with Novant Health's mission. The ability to navigate complex situations with agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for success in this role.

Schedule : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, Days

Location : Hybrid with travel to locations across Novant Health's growth regions in the Carolinas

What We're Looking For

Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience : Five years professional work experience in corporate citizenship, philanthropy, nonprofit / public organizations, or hospital required. Previous roles must include experience in consumer marketing, preferably in a role where sponsorship management and activation was a primary responsibility. Experience managing large scale activation marketing projects.

Licensure / Certification : Valid driver's license and ability to drive / travel to multiple locations as needed, required.
