Craft the brand narrative to resonate emotionally with job seekers while driving measurable business outcomes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in consumer acquisition with 3+ years in product-led growth environments
Proven ability to manage $1M+ monthly budgets across paid channels with demonstrated ROAS optimization
Strong SEO foundation and success in scaling additional channels with experience in marketing analytics
Ability to model unit economics and connect marketing efforts directly to business outcomes
Experience leading teams and working with agencies and freelancers in a hands-on manner
