Overview

As our first Foundering AI Engineer at Kixie, you'll play a foundational role in designing and building the critical systems that power our next-generation AI products. From core agent execution layers to specialized memory pipelines, your work will be at the heart of making AI smarter, faster, and more reliable.

You'll Work On

• The AI engine that turns sales teams into 24 / 7 revenue machines. (EX : A plumber's best lead opens an email at midnight - your system chooses : AI calls now, rep at 7 AM, or trigger the closing sequence.)
• Architecting prompt router + agent API layer
• Building eval loop with feedback signals from calls, CRM, SMS
• Plugging into our existing backend (Node.js + Typescript) with scoped AI modules
• Deploying agents with clear scoring, fallback, and traceability
• Designing infra to scale across verticals like insurance, lending, and solar
