Key Responsibilities

Sell a variety of personal lines insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, and Renters insurance

Manage the full sales cycle through phone, text, and email to create a personalized customer experience

Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance workflow and close 60+ policies per month with warm leads

Required Qualifications

10+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses

2+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales

Experience in a contact center environment with multiple carriers

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced setting

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies
