We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Geneo marketing team, supporting the expansion of our digital footprint and revenue-driving campaigns. This role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, optimizing campaigns that convert MQLs into customers, and executing high-performing initiatives that drive eCommerce consumable sales and treatment awareness.

You'll build, test, and optimize multi-channel marketing programsspanning paid and organic campaigns, lifecycle automation, and analyticsto accelerate growth and strengthen our connection with customers across every stage of the funnel.

This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and the aesthetics / beauty industry.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, email, SMS, website).
• Manage end-to-end marketing workflows in HubSpot to improve lead engagement, conversion rates, and lifecycle progression.
• Build and maintain nurture sequences for MQLs, stalled leads, and consumable re-engagement.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to refine handoff processes and optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion.
• Support Sr. Content Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team in executing seasonal and promotional campaigns that drive online revenue growth.

Competitive base salary between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on your experience and market. The range listed is just one component of Geneo's total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee's pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
