Zayo is seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to oversee Brand, Content, and Creative Services. This role will shape how Zayo shows up in the market driving awareness, engagement, and differentiation through bold storytelling, cohesive brand experiences, and compelling creative execution.

As Director, Brand, Content & Creative Services, you will define and activate our brand strategy across all channels, lead our content marketing programs, and manage the creative engine that brings Zayo's story to life. You'll partner across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure every touchpoint reinforces our brand purpose and fuels measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Zayo's brand architecture, positioning, and visual identity to ensure consistency and differentiation across all customer touchpoints.
• Drive execution of brand campaigns that elevate awareness across our full product portfolio and align to enterprise growth priorities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across communications, product launches, and digital channels.
• Steward Zayo's voice, tone, and storytelling standards to maintain a unified and authentic brand experience.

Qualifications

Estimated base salary range : $117,000 - $180,000 USD / annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non-sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
