About the Role We're looking for a Development Manager, HR Applications to lead the technical team behind our HR systemsincluding Oracle HCM, UKG Workforce Management, and a suite of HR SaaS platforms. This role is central to modernizing and transforming our HR operations, helping us build a more efficient and scalable HR ecosystem.
You'll work closely with HR Product teams, IT leadership, and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, people-first environment. This is a high-visibility role with the potential to grow into a leadership position enabling our Development Center of Excellence (COE) for Content Services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the HR Applications development teamSupport developers in delivering enhancements and projectsCollaborate with HR Product teams to prioritize and implement solutionsServe as the technical lead on large-scale HR initiativesEnsure adherence to development best practices, including documentation and testingManage team capacity planning and support IT project funding processesOversee vendor performance and identify areas for optimizationDrive efficiency and collaboration with Application Management Services (AMS) providersTechnical & Functional Skills Required :
Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits)UKG Workforce ManagementOracle HCM Extracts & BI PublisherMiddleware platforms such as Boomi (or similar : MuleSoft)Software development lifecycle methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid (W-Agile)Experience managing platform teamsPreferred :
DevOps experience for non-HR applicationsFamiliarity with .NET and JavaExposure to tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, InRiver, and Content StackExperience with CI / CD pipelinesQualifications
