Were growing quickly and are looking for a Licensing Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative compliance team.

Position Overview :

The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing state license applications renewals and compliance filings for our collection agency and debt buyer clients. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex regulatory requirements and maintain accurate organized records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare submit and track state license applications renewals and amendments for collection agencies and debt buyers.
• Review state-specific requirements and ensure all filings comply with applicable regulations.
• Communicate directly with state regulatory agencies to resolve application or renewal issues.
• Maintain detailed client and license records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and respond to compliance inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes as needed.
• Assist with audits reporting and policy maintenance as required.

What We Offer :

Salary : 45k-70k based on experience
