Summary
Assist in examination and treatment of patients under direction of provider by performing the following duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Need to Know Access
The Medical Assistant will have access to all clinical charts and medical information for all clinic patients. She / he will have access to the shared network and clinic level access to the CAREWare database. She / he will also have access to the agency EHR for data entry and the Florida Shots portal for data entry.

Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general educational development (GED) certification.
RMA or CMA and Phlebotomy license required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret medical documents to ensure that RN or provider is aware of medical issues.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current active, unencumbered Medical Assistant certification.
