Position Responsibilities

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy strategies to facilitate goal achievement

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside a diverse group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated care
