Your Role :
Provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting, promoting health and independence.Support mobility and nursing care as outlined by the nursing care plan, including transfers, ambulation, and other functional practices.Build positive relationships with residents, families, co-workers, and supervisors to foster open communication and mutual respect.Assist with assessments and treatment procedures as per the State Nursing Practice Act and facility policy.Adhere to Infection Control guidelines and assist with care protocols for optimal resident health.Work collaboratively with the Nurse Leader, reporting any changes in resident physical or mental health.Respect Resident Rights and uphold confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities.Accurately document care provided and maintain records as defined by individual Care Plans.Qualifications :
Must possess an Active NH LNA License.Prior experience with senior citizen care is strongly preferred.About RiverWoods Group :
