job_description.job_card.job_description\n Job Summary : \n Perform workplace health assessments, including physical exams, immunizations, and health screenings to monitor employee health and fitness for duty. Assess, develop, and implement health and safety programs to prevent work-related injuries, illnesses, and exposures to hazards. Provide first aid and emergency care to employees for minor injuries, illnesses, or work-related incidents. Educate employees on occupational health policies, safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA guidelines). Assist in the development and implementation of workplace safety programs, including risk assessments and injury prevention strategies. Manage workers' compensation claims, including monitoring treatment, coordinating with providers, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct health and wellness programs, including health promotion initiatives, ergonomic assessments, and training on health-related topics. Collaborate with supervisors and management to identify and address workplace hazards and health concerns. Maintain employee health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational policies. Provide education and training on illness and injury prevention, ergonomics, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support employees with chronic health conditions or disabilities in maintaining their fitness for work and ensuring appropriate accommodations. Track and report on workplace health data, such as injury and illness rates, to support organizational safety initiatives. Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted. Licensure : \n \n Certification : \n \n
