Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Residential | $37 / hr | Monday–Friday

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This full-time role splits time between two adjoining programs at the same location, offering stability, meaningful work, and a supportive team environment.

LPN Key Responsibilities :

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with MAP (Medication Administration Program) guidelines
• Monitor individuals’ health, take vital signs, and document changes or incidents
• Complete medical assessments and write monthly progress notes
• Train and support residential staff on-site with medical-related procedures
• Respond to medical emergencies based on nursing standards
• Participate in team meetings and provide coaching to new staff as needed

LPN Qualifications :

• Current LPN license (Massachusetts)
• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Completion of all required state and agency training, including MAP
• Ability to pass CORI and other required background checks

Additional Requirements :

• Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance if needed
• Ability to apply sound judgment and follow detailed procedures in a care environment
