Lumos & Associates, a leader in civil engineering, is excited to open a brand-new office in Roseville, California, and we are looking for a skilled Group Manager to manage and grow the Civil Engineering practice in the Sacramento, California area. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as a strategic mindset to help develop and grow the business. In addition, the candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams on a wide range of infrastructure and environmental projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, transportation infrastructure, and site development.

About the Role : The Group Manager will lead and grow the Engineering Division across our geographic service regions. This position will have the opportunity to develop relationships with clients, identify new business through networking opportunities, manage client projects from start to finish, and recruit, hire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.

Success in this role comes from being self-motivated and driven to grow a new business, having an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in developing new connections.

The compensation range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.

California salary pay range $160,000 - $220,000 USD
