Home Care RN Role : Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care RN specializing in admissions, you will :

Lead home care admissions and create care plans

Conduct in-home supervisory visits and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Perform in-home clinical assessments and documentation

Carry out physician orders and administer medication

Communicate with compassion

Must-Have Qualifications

Requirements for this Registered Nurse opportunity include :

Active RN license in Maryland

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Home Care, Home Healthcare, or equivalent admission / evaluation experience

Current CPR certification

Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws

Familiarity with Maryland's COMAR
