Job Title : Construction & Engineering Coordinator

Job Location : Juno Beach FL

Job Type : Long-term contract

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and / or vendors at the project site.
• Assess productivity schedule compliance work quality and safety performance on the project.
• Manage walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements.
• Approve contractor payment requests and verify constructability.
• Ensure proper resource allocations assess field status and resolve issues as needed.
• Oversee scope control budget oversight performance reporting schedules and work in progress.
• Ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and achieving desired results.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
• Communicate departmental station and division goals validating each performers ability to influence those goals.
• Act as a bridge between field operations and customer leadership ensuring alignment between construction crews and project stakeholders.
• Address logistical challenges resolve conflicts and maintain progress of construction activities.
• Survey and observe contractor Safety Health and Environment (SHE) practices.
• Provide coaching direction and corrective action as needed.
