Devereux Florida provides intensive therapeutic residential and learning programs and services for children and adolescents. Based in Orlando FL this position p rovides someone with the opportunity to learn about systems of care treatment planning and discharge planning (which would include community resources). Duties in this role include but are not limited to : p reparation of discharge letters / formal letters sent to external team members; tracking of clinical documentation time management of treatment team meetings and small team meetings. This position also manages contact lists and additional MyAvatar clinical documentation; may attend court or MDTs on behalf or with a child.

Position Details :

Salary : starts at 19.50 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)

Schedule : Full time position; Monday-Friday
