Service Line Performance Analyst – Support Center

Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Line Performance Analyst to join our Support Center team in Orange County, FL. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing network-wide service performance to enhance franchisee success and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Monitoring & Analysis : Track and evaluate performance metrics across all service lines.
- Franchise Performance Reporting : Develop and distribute clear, actionable reports to Support Center leadership that highlight trends, successes, and areas needing improvement within the franchise network.
- Operational Insights : Identify underperforming franchisees and collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Service Line Optimization : Analyze KPIs for each service line, providing detailed performance insights and recommendations to management.
- Forecasting & Planning Support : Provide data to support resource allocation, operational initiatives, and the launch of new service lines.
- Data Accuracy : Ensure accuracy and integrity of all operational data and reports for reliable
decision-making.
