Schedule : Full-time, Monday Friday. Clinic hours are 7 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM. Flexible scheduling available. No evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients ages 18+, including preventive, acute, and chronic condition management
• Perform womens health visits including pap smears and pelvic exams
• Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Participate in patient education and wellness initiatives
