About The Position

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.

Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, receptive / expressive language, and cognitive-communication skills.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other team members.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.

Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Licensure : Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certification : ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience : 1–2 years clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
