Join Ford Lands Energy Team as a Natural Gas and Water Supply Lead and play a pivotal role in driving our sustainable future. Were looking for a strategic and action-oriented professional to lead the tactical implementation of critical natural gas and water supply agreements and infrastructure administer key performance contracts and directly contribute to our carbon reduction initiatives advancing Fords corporate sustainability goals across North America.

In this position

As a Natural Gas and Water Supply Lead you will be instrumental in ensuring reliable and sustainable energy for Fords operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing critical natural gas and water supply agreements across our North American facilities. This role requires close collaboration with legal procurement and manufacturing teams to successfully execute performance contracts. Were looking for a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can identify and capitalize on opportunities for competitive advantage within the dynamic energy and performance contracting landscapes.

This is a hybrid position and requires at least 4 days in the office in Dearborn MI.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation :

Develop and negotiate commercial frameworks for natural gas and water infrastructure to ensure reliable supply to Ford facilities.

Manage the development contract negotiation and administration of energy efficiency projects.

Drive the evolution and execution of Fords carbon reduction and energy efficiency strategy.

Lead comprehensive reporting of natural gas and water utility consumption and costs using advanced analytical tools.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
