Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; escalate accordingly
  • Act as a liaison between company employees and the IT support departments
  • Support and monitor various software, applications, and hardware
  • Perform follow-up calls to customers and other IT departments regarding tickets / issues
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Complete company-provided customer service training as required
  • Periodic travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • May be required to climb ladders and perform overhead and under desk work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
