Core Duties
Ensures operations are being maintained to the highest standards while always addressing areas for improvement within the Daycare
Leads by example, positive attitude, and servant leadership
Motivate, train, and develop Back of House employees focusing on excellent customer service, exemplary cleaning and safety standards, strong dog control and care
Ensures all back of the house members complete the appropriate learning paths in a timely and complete manner
Communicates, tracks and assists with all significant pet parent issues and concerns, employee issues and concerns, and dog injuries, sickness, and behavior issues and concerns
Oversees all Canine Coach activities, including but not limited to :
Clean and Safe Environment
To ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment, we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete
Health and Grooming
Customer Service and Presentation
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
Excellent communicator and can speak consistently to our 3 Ss (Smile, Story, Satisfaction)
Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
