Position Overview

ABT is seeking an OEM Certified Production Print Technician to support a driving territory throughout Denver and the greater metro area. This role is ideal for a technician with hands-on experience and certifications in Canon, Xerox, HP, Kyocera and Fiery systems.

In addition to servicing production print devices, the technician will be responsible for networking tasks such as configuring scan to email / file and installing print drivers. Strong technical skills are essential, but just as important is the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. At ABT, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients, and this position plays a key role in maintaining that trust through daily interactions and support.

Duties :

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
• Sets up client networks, print drivers, scan to email, scan to SMB. Provides training to clients on devices.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
