    The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Foundation, a role that is pivotal in shaping and leading the philanthropic and community engagement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and tracking the Foundation's success and impact, designing and managing grantmaking programs, and leading initiatives that promote colleague volunteerism and community involvement. This highly visible position requires a strategic vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong external presence, with a focus on hands-on execution. The Executive Director will also be the primary liaison to the Foundation Board, ensuring that the Foundation's activities align with the company's values, culture, and reputation.

    Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit, or foundation management. The role demands a proven track record in building and growing programs, as well as the ability to define success measures and track impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, outstanding public speaking and communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships. A global mindset and experience working across cultures and geographies are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to manage the Foundation's budget, ensure compliance with regulations, and work closely with various functions within the company to amplify the Foundation's impact both internally and externally.
