Accountabilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of application developers, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of application development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.

Provide technical expertise in software design, architecture, and development methodologies including DevSecOps, Azure cloud services, and API management.

Implement quality assurance practices, including testing strategies, code reviews, and process improvements to ensure robust and reliable software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to integrate technical aspects with business objectives.

Contribute to long-term technical strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications, architectures, and development processes.
