Overview

Newly created Corporate FP&A Manager opportunity requiring extensive modeling experience. Support M&A in a highly visible role focused on strategic planning and modeling. Advanced Excel modeling skills required. The ideal candidate will possess 4–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking (sell side), private equity, corporate finance, or consulting. MBA or CFA a plus. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A and project development.
• Analyze scenarios and conduct sensitivity tests.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for assigned business units.
• Share insights about key performance metrics with operations and business leaders.
• Provide diligence support for M&As.
• Prepare investor materials and board presentations.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, cost optimization, and market entry analysis.
• Automate data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Promote accuracy and efficiency with FP&A systems.
