Accounts Payable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and manage vendor invoices from assigned facilities and vendors

Accurately enter payment requests into Intacct and perform cash management

Conduct bank reconciliations and monthly purchase journal reviews

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in long-term care

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and HMOs

Understanding of state and federal nursing home guidelines

Able to manage multiple projects and tasks independently and collaboratively

Resourceful and persistent with a strong customer service focus
