Position Overview :
The Director of Franchise Development is a pivotal role focused on driving sales and business growth through the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees. This position reports directly to the VP of Franchise Development and is responsible for executing strategic franchise sales plans, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and contract finalization. The director collaborates cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a seamless process from lead identification to franchise establishment. A proven track record in franchise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential for success in this role. The director's contribution is crucial in achieving the company's expansion goals and maintaining the growth of the franchise network. In-person in office 4 days per week preferred, but remote options could be considered for the right candidate.
