    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operational Transformation to play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence. This executive leadership position is focused on strategic execution, operational discipline, and the translation of vision into tangible results. The successful candidate will be a proven operator with a strong background in breaking down complexity, driving cross-functional alignment, and creating accountability frameworks. Key responsibilities include partnering with the executive team to develop and implement operational frameworks, leading major company-wide initiatives, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves leading transformation and change management, as well as building and leading a high-performing operational excellence team. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operational Transformation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred) and at least 12 years' of progressive operational leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years' in senior executive roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, deep expertise in operational frameworks, process design, and program management methodologies. Experience in high-growth technology companies, as well as a strong background in metrics, analytics, and performance management, is essential. The role requires a leader who can foster a results-oriented culture, mentor talent, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable processes and systems. Success will be measured by the on-time delivery of strategic initiatives, improvement in operational efficiency metrics, and the development and retention of high-performing team members.
