The Manager, Debt & Capital Markets plays a pivotal role within the Treasury team, overseeing the company's debt portfolio, capital structure strategy, and key financial relationships. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of debt financing, capital markets activity, and financial risk mitigation, while also leading strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term financial health. This role will serve as the primary liaison with lenders, rating agencies, and capital markets participants, ensuring optimal financing terms, covenant compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives. The manager will also lead debt modeling, scenario analysis, capital planning, and execution of both public and private financing transactions, while supporting broader treasury and corporate finance initiatives.
