About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Practice Lead for STIM with a primary focus on leading and expanding the STIM business. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing best practices in permanent recruitment, client acquisition, and business development to drive revenue growth. This role involves building and motivating local field teams, overseeing operational excellence, and contributing to the company's strategic financial and market presence. The VP Practice Leader will also be tasked with designing and implementing training programs that align with the organization's vision and values, with a strong emphasis on connecting the impact of successful placements to performance KPIs. Applicants must have a High School or GED, with a 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred, and at least 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years of success in skilled trade direct hire recruiting and business development. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, scaling business units, and fostering a growth-oriented, service-driven culture. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and must be adept at influencing and motivating others to achieve performance goals. Extensive travel is a requirement for this position.
