Front / Back Office Assistant

We are seeking a full / part-time Front / Back Office Asst. for our GYN / Abortion Clinic. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is a team player, possess superb customer service skills, dependable, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities :

• greeting patients
• answering in-coming calls
• scheduling appointments
• checking-in patients
• processing medical charts
• rooming patients
• obtaining vital signs and any necessary records for a smooth patients experience
• high empathy

This position also provides in-house training.
