Job Description :

  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates from drawings and specifications
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects, from concept to closeout ensuring project is completed on time and within budget
  • Manage document control, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration
  • Manage and estimate multiple projects concurrently Identify and manage risks, including lead time assessments and site assessments
  • Assist in RFP package preparation
  • Develop new clients while supporting and maintaining existing clients
  • Participate in trade shows and industry organizations

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Benefits Well versed in all aspects of project management including bidding, estimating, subcontracting, permitting, cost management, project documentation, scheduling, billing and close out
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Project
  • Good understanding of all trades-including MЕР
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Client centered approach with a focus on customer development and satisfaction
  • Possess a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • Creative thinker who is willing to think outside the box to achieve client goals
  • Autonomous individual who enjoys working with a team
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent time management skills, fully able to set own schedule
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
