Schedule : 12-hour shifts 6 : 00 AM6 : 30 PM Must work weekends (some)

Hours : Block scheduling alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours

Join our dedicated team at the Arizona State Veterans Home in Tucson as an LPN providing professional geriatric nursing care and treatment for our residents. Youll oversee CNAs and support the nursing team to ensure quality care for our Veterans.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice

Monitor and report resident conditions and response to care

Supervise and train subordinate staff

Participate in shift reports care planning and staff meetings

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Requirements :

Current Arizona LPN license

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

CPR / BLS and TB Test

Hepatitis B vaccination or declination

Background check (OIG / SAM)

Valid drivers license
