Director of Operations

Mister Jiu’s is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Director of Operations to oversee and optimize all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to lead the team toward operational efficiency, profitability, and a memorable guest experience.  We are looking for someone to motivate and inspire managers and staff through strong listening, observation and goal setting.  The position will need to forecast restaurant needs and have strategies for success.

Responsibilities Include :

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth execution across front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain high standards of service.

Collaborate with the executive chef and management team to ensure menu execution aligns with brand vision and quality standards.

Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Lead recruitment, training, and development programs to build and retain high-performing teams.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics, implementing improvements as necessary
