L3 Network Operations Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all network infrastructure issues at Global sites to be specified.
• Manage and resolve Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Service Requests related to network operations for both sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents involving technologies such as WAN / SDWAN, LAN / SDLAN, Firewalls, IPS / IDS, and F-LTM.
• Lead and support technical troubleshooting and changes on Nexus devices
• Plan and implement network changes in accordance with established technical stack standards.
• Act as a technical escalation point for site contacts and cross-functional support teams.
• Review and approve SOPs and knowledge base articles to maintain operational excellence and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers for business-specific network needs and participate in OEM / ISP performance reviews.
• Lead and support technical initiatives and remediation activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise network strategy.
• Perform network performance assessments and implement improvements based on design and security best practices.
• Engage in high-severity incidents alongside the GEV DOC to drive rapid resolution.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours and weekends for critical outages.
• Demonstrate advanced domain knowledge, a strong customer focus, and expertise in ITIL-based service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management).
