The Marketing & Event Coordinator will collaborate cross- functionally to support the sales and marketing teams with event management and other marketing activities. This role requires strong organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities :

Event Management & Sales Support :

• Help to plan and execute conferences, global trade shows, and other industry events
• Coordinate event logistics, including conference room set up, booth setup, shipping, AV needs, catering, and venue management.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Manage attendee lists, invitations, registrations, and on-site check-ins.
• Arrange customer dinners, networking events, and other business entertainment.
• Order and manage swag inventory.
• Oversee event signage, branding, tablecloths, and distribution of promotional materials and swag items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to align on event objectives.
• Manage and track expenses to stay on budget.

Salary Range : $64,200 - $86,340

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
