Where You Come In

You will have the responsibility for developing short to long term sourcing strategies for Automation Manufacturing Equipment and Engineering Services Categories and provide leadership, expertise, and strategic thinking for managing these categories.

• You will drive negotiations and contracting, develop robust category strategies, reduce dependence on single / sole sourced suppliers, ensure supply and deliver cost improvement.
• You will work closely with our Global Engineering Operations team to manage sustaining initiatives to support future product and market strategies.
• You will own & design strategies that extend through the full supply chain including primary and sub-tier suppliers.
• You will be responsible for supplier relationship management and risk assessment while developing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
