The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team :

Brief Description of Department

RTX Raytheon Real Estate Services has an opening for a Facilities Lead Control Technician at the McKinney TX site.

What You Will do :

Candidate will ensure operation of mechanical and electronic equipment by completing maintenance requirements on HVAC exhaust humidifiers motors VFDs pneumatics and other Facilities equipment; following diagrams sketches operations manuals manufacturers instructions and engineering specifications; for troubleshooting malfunctions.

Candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks including installation repair and maintenance of Facilities controls related equipment. This role ensures compliance with safety standards and supports preventative maintenance programs as well as execution of projects all aimed at achieving the sites operational goals and business objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

• This position typically requires an AA / AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience gained in commercial or industrial setting servicing repairing and programming environmental-control systems associated with mechanical and HVAC the absence of a degree at least 10 years relevant experience may be considered
• A thorough understanding of mechanical systems that provide environmental control for cleanrooms labs and other production-related spaces.
• At least 8 years experience troubleshooting and programming experience with INET and DELTA controls systems to include graphics and database creation and modification.

The salary range for this role is 56000 USD - 112000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
