As an Oncology Nurse, you will play a crucial role in :
Conducting thorough nursing assessments to assess patient health status based on established care standards.Planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.Providing direct patient care while supervising non-licensed staff and ensuring policy compliance.Offering education and emotional support based on patients’ unique circumstances and backgrounds.Administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, including experimental protocols.Managing patients undergoing blood transfusions and with various medical devices.Performing critical procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and managing pain relief methods.Required Qualifications :
