Merchandise Coordinator, Site Operations

Description

The Merchandise Coordinator, Site Operations will manage foundational tasks related to product set-up, including : launch activity progress tracking to the item / color level; promotional and event support activities; photo sample management and tracking; for assigned brands and regions, delivering an excellent experience for internal and external customers. You will work with our production team, site operations, analytics and engineering teams to deliver accurate product launches and price changes. You will also support related merchandising and marketing projects, bringing a customer focus to their role.

About the Job

• Perform daily and seasonal activities and implement timelines that support merchandising and marketing strategies through site execution for assigned brands and regions
• Manage product-to-site tracking and documentation
• Responsible for accurate pre-season product set up and verifies that all new products are pushed live
• Manage assigned product assortments, brands, regions to deliver launches
• Set up products with all required information, including data entry ('coding') in multiple systems
• Coordinate to gather, compile, maintain, track, chase and expedite required product information
• Compile list of site-level price changes in partnership with Planning / Merchant teams; enter price changes into relevant systems
• Support promotional activity based on published calendar, including compiling site-level price changes in partnership with Planning and Merchant teams and pricing update data entry activities
• Identify process and procedural gaps
• Manage photo requests
• Manage copy requests
• Order samples
• Support company policies, procedures and mission
• You will have no direct reports
• You will require no travel
• You will report to the Production Manager
