We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Healthcare Aide to provide direct support to individuals in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, family-like environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and prescribed exercises per care plan
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring (as permitted by state guidelines)
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks to maintain a safe environment
• Accompany to appointments
• Document care provided and report changes in condition or concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with supervising RN and office staff
• Respect client privacy, dignity, and preferences at all times
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
• Attend mandatory training and maintain active certifications
