We’re hiring energetic and motivated Inside Sales Account Managers who excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven call center environment. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy outbound calling, and thrive on hitting sales goals—this is the opportunity for you!

Your Daily Responsibilities :

  • Conduct 80–100 outbound sales calls per day to generate new business and reconnect with existing customers.
  • Handle outbound customer interactions professionally, clearly introducing and promoting our industrial repair services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed call center sales metrics and monthly quotas.
  • Build relationships through continuous follow-up calls, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
  • Use our custom CRM system to track all customer interactions, update account details, and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, converting inquiries into sales orders.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to manage customer needs and ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer questions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • Prior experience in an outbound or inbound sales call center environment (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Comfortable making high-volume daily calls (80–100 per day) and managing objections professionally.
  • Proficient computer skills with typing speeds of at least 30 WPM.
  • Positive attitude and openness to feedback, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
