Construction Laborer
We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks. The role requires a collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage in various tasks beyond equipment operation.
Responsibilities :
- Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals.
- Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models.
- Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials.
- Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects.
- Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Work Environment :

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following :
