Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for embedded solutions to customers and internal teams.
Assist field engineers and sales teams with pre-sales and post-sales technical queries.
Diagnosing and resolving issues related to Power, Connectivity, and Microcontrollers based solutions.
Conduct on-site visits for support requests and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Document solutions and share best practices for recurring technical challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Power systems (power management, power supply design)
Connectivity protocols (wired and wireless communication standards)
Microcontrollers (architecture, programming, debugging)
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems quickly.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
Passion for problem-solving and supporting technical teams.
Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
Qualification :
Bachelors in electronics
